Shipping policy
At ShoJoi our goal is to offer you the best value for your money. That’s why, whenever possible, we will offer you deeper discounts on your products depending on the "Ships From" option that you choose.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible for you. Estimated delivery times are made of two parts:
- Processing time: All orders are placed within 24 hours after the order is completed. The manufacturer and delivery carrier (typically DHL, USPS or China Post) process the orders, process and pack the items for delivery typically takes 2-5 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15-30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After Processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
